Linnaea borealis, or twinflower, is native to most of the United States, except the southestern quarter. It grows in moist to dry acidic areas, including duffy pien forests, bogs and sphagnum outcrops. It can often be found where there is a very dense tree population.

In our yard, this grows in the Bog.
